Job Description
Junior Associate HR supports recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, policy implementation, and HR administration while ensuring compliance, enhancing workplace culture, and assisting management with daily human resource operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll processing and attendance management
- Coordinate onboarding and employee orientation programs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies standards
- Handle employee queries and grievance coordination
- Prepare HR reports and management summaries
- Support training programs and performance reviews.
