Job Description

HR Executive plays a vital role in managing human resources functions, ensuring smooth employee relations, recruitment, performance evaluation, and compliance with labor laws. They act as a bridge between management and staff, fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Executive also assists in policy formulation, employee engagement, payroll, and maintaining accurate HR records to support organizational goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure timely onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases with current information.
  • Handle payroll processing, leave management, and attendance reconciliation accurately.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR regulations always.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support career development initiatives effectively.
  • Address employee grievances promptly and maintain workplace harmony efficiently.

Skill & Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee relationship management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under minimal supervision pressure.
  • Proficient in HR software, payroll systems, and MS Office tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities for complex HR issues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.
