Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and departure processes efficiently.
- Handle baggage, cargo, and ensure timely, secure aircraft loading.
- Provide accurate flight information, directions, and resolve passenger inquiries.
- Coordinate with flight crew for smooth boarding and on-time departures.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety and security regulations always.
- Monitor ground equipment operations, ensuring safety and functional efficiency.
- Manage passenger complaints courteously, ensuring satisfaction and service recovery.
- Support special assistance for elderly, disabled, and unaccompanied passengers.
