Job Description
A Grade 2 Co-Facilitator assists the lead facilitator in planning, guiding, and executing educational workshops or training sessions. They support learning activities, ensure engagement, provide feedback, and monitor progress. They help maintain a positive environment, and contribute to curriculum execution and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead facilitator in designing structured learning experiences.
- Support participants by clarifying concepts and answering questions.
- Co-manage group dynamics to ensure effective peer interaction.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants on assignments.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and engagement data.
- Help prepare and distribute instructional materials and resources.
- Facilitate breakout sessions during workshops or classroom activities.
- Coordinate with administrators for logistical and scheduling tasks.
