Fine Arts Teacher (PGT) with TET/B.Ed qualification inspires students to explore creativity through painting, drawing, sculpture, and design. They develop lesson plans, assess artistic progress, and encourage self-expression. The role also involves integrating art with academics to promote aesthetic appreciation and critical thinking among senior secondary students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan engaging art lessons aligned with curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Demonstrate diverse art techniques including painting, drawing, and sculpture.
- Evaluate student artwork and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Encourage creative thinking and innovative approaches to artistic expression.
- Organize school exhibitions showcasing students’ artistic achievements and talent.
- Maintain classroom materials, tools, and a safe creative learning environment.
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate art across various academic subjects.
- Inspire appreciation for art history, culture, and contemporary visual arts.
