Job Description
Finance Assistant supports accounting operations, invoice processing, payment tracking, budgeting, financial reporting, and record maintenance while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth daily finance department workflow.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and transaction entries daily.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims.
- Reconcile bank statements and company financial accounts.
- Assist in monthly budgeting and financial reporting.
- Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting finance documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
- Support audits with organized records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
