An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, communications, travel coordination, confidential documentation, and operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations and executive productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence documents
- Handle confidential information with strict professionalism
- Organize meetings, agendas, and follow-ups efficiently
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
