Join Infosys as a Deal & Contract Assist Specialist (Chinese Speaker) in Kuala Lumpur. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Maintain centralized repository of all contractual documents.
- Provide regular reporting and updates on contract portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in contract management processes.
- Manage and resolve field escalations and internal elevations.
- Develop deep knowledge and subject matter expertise in contract requirements.
Skill & Experience
- Proficiency in Chinese and English for effective communication.
- Strong understanding of contract law and compliance standards.
- Experience in contract negotiation and administration.
- Excellent organizational and documentation management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
