Job Description

As a Customer Master Data Maintenance Executive at Infosys, you will ensure accurate and timely maintenance of customer master data. Your role involves onboarding new customers, addressing customer inquiries, processing Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and collaborating with the finance team to facilitate month-end closing processes. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience in Shared Services or BPO environments being advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data records.
  • Onboard new customers efficiently and ensure data accuracy.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Process RFQs as required, ensuring timely responses.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to close month-end queries.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on data quality and integrity issues.
  • Support audits and data reconciliation activities as needed.

Skill & Experience

  • Proficiency in SAP for data management and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions.
  • Attention to detail in data entry and maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
  • Problem-solving skills to address data discrepancies efficiently.

Note: Salary is disbursed in the local currency of the country of employment.
