Job Description
Infosys seeks a Consultant in Digital Marketing to design and implement digital strategies across Europe. You will drive campaign planning, execution, and optimization using analytics, marketing automation, and customer experience tools. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve ROI, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You’ll advise clients on emerging trends (SEO, social, AI/tool integration) and help elevate digital capabilities while ensuring measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns including SEO, PPC, social media, email.
- Analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance and improve ROI continuously.
- Manage marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with creative, content, design teams for consistent brand messaging.
- Advise clients regarding digital tools, emerging trends, industry best practices.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high quality outcomes.
- Report results and insights through dashboards and regular stakeholder presentations.
Skill & Experience
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Adobe suite, or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email and social marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Excellent communication skills; ability to present to clients and teams.
- Data-driven mindset; comfort working with large datasets and reporting.
- Adaptability to fast-changing digital trends, tools, and client expectations.
