CLM Architect designs, implements, and optimizes Contract Lifecycle Management solutions, ensuring seamless contract automation, compliance governance, risk mitigation, and enterprise integration to improve operational efficiency and strategic business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable enterprise CLM system architecture
- Lead CLM platform implementation and customization
- Integrate CLM with ERP and CRM
- Define contract workflows and approval frameworks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal
- Optimize contract repository and data governance
- Collaborate with legal, procurement stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership and solution strategy.
Skill & Experience
- Strong knowledge of CLM platforms
- Expertise in contract automation technologies
- Experience with system integration architecture
- Understanding of compliance and risk
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership
- Proficiency in cloud and SaaS.
