Job Description
Business Development Intern supports sales growth for Hope Global Diploma education certificate courses, professional training programs, and designer apparel brand Zoya Classic. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, relationship management, and conversion-driven selling. This remote, commission-based internship offers structured learning, real sales exposure, and performance-based transition into permanent business development roles.
Note:- This is a 2-month internship opportunity with a chance to convert into a full-time position based on performance during the internship period.
Responsibilities
- Promote education courses and designer apparel to clients
- Generate qualified leads through networking and outreach activities
- Convert prospects into enrollments and confirmed product sales
- Maintain strong relationships with learners, buyers, and resellers
- Achieve assigned sales targets independently and consistently monthly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales closure
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate reporting records
- Represent brand professionally across digital and offline channels

Payment / Commission Structure
Fashion (Designer Apparel – Zoya Classic)
- Internship: 10% commission on sales
- Permanent Role: 20% commission on sales
Education (Certificate Courses & Training)
- Internship: 20% commission on sales
- Permanent Role: 30% commission on sales
Note: Salary is disbursed in the local currency of the country of employment.
