Job Description
Biology Teacher teaches life science concepts, prepares lessons, conducts experiments, assesses students, and supports academic growth through practical, engaging, and curriculum-based classroom instruction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan biology lessons aligned with school curriculum standards.
- Teach cellular biology, genetics, ecology, and physiology.
- Conduct laboratory experiments with proper safety guidelines.
- Prepare tests, assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
- Support weak students through remedial learning sessions.
- Encourage scientific thinking, research, and observation skills.
- Coordinate with parents, staff, and academic heads.
