Job Description
As a Senior Technical Consultant at Infosys, you will design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service modules). Your role involves developing custom business logic, integrating modules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. You will also perform impact analysis and provide technical support for deployed solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Develop custom business logic using server-side code and plug-ins.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems and applications.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams for sprint commitments.
- Perform impact analysis for proposed changes and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and metrics for deployed solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on technical challenges.
Skill & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including Sales and Service modules.
- Strong experience in developing custom plug-ins and workflow assemblies.
- Expertise in integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems and applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Ability to perform impact analysis and provide technical support.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
