Possess an unparalleled ability to assess the needs of diverse groups and sustain a stimulating learning environment for all levels of students. Considering the students’ differing fitness levels, I can develop and administer customized instruction to meet their individual needs. Through the promotion of teamwork and group activities, I work to foster a collaborative environment among all students by encouraging contributions from all individuals. Additionally, I seek out non-traditional sports to incorporate into the curriculum to expose students to various physical activities.
I have completed my Masters of Physical Education from (TNPESU) in 2011, Got certified in NEBOSH in 2021. Achieved certification from the Board of control of cricket in India (BCCI) A level in 2008, and till now, I have been serving my perspective to the young cricketers in India and UAE. In 2022 I have been granted by BCCI to attend the next level of coaching, level B, at the National cricket academy (NCA), Bangalore.
In 2016 I was appointed as the coach for the Indian blind cricket team for the first-ever Asia cup, in 2017 I was the coach for the second T-20 world cup for the blind cricket team. In 2018 I was the coach for the 5th ODI world cup for the blind cricket team held in Sharjah, UAE and in all the three emerged Champions.
