Managed accounts receivable for major business units, including invoicing, settlements, VAT schedules, bad debt provisions, and year-end audit balance confirmations.
Assisted in preparing management accounts and financial statements. Managed AP/AR, costing for imports and exports, VAT and tax compliance, cash flow reporting, bank reconciliations, and coordination with regulatory authorities.
Handled subcontractor and vendor payments in line with project work orders. Prepared project cost variance analysis and assisted in budgeting, cash flow management, provisions, and bank reconciliations.
Manage accounts receivable operations, including debtor ageing, customer reconciliations, credit control, and ECL provisions. Prepare daily sales reports, SOA, balance confirmations, and ensure accurate posting of transactions in Tally. Support monthly closing, audit requirements, and new customer account management.
