I am writing to express my interest in the General Practitioner / Emergency Medicine role at your institution. With over seven years of experience across acute care and family medicine, I bring the versatility to manage life-threatening emergencies while ensuring continuity of care for patients and their families.
My training and practice have consistently placed me at the intersection of urgent and ongoing care. In emergency and trauma settings, I have performed rapid assessments, stabilized patients, initiated IV therapies, and coordinated critical transfers—always under the pressure of time-sensitive decisions. My rotations in Emergency & Trauma, Anesthesiology, and Internal Medicine, coupled with ACLS & BLS certification (2025), have equipped me to respond effectively in high-acuity environments.
At the same time, my role as a Family Physician has deepened my expertise in managing chronic illnesses, preventive medicine, and long-term treatment planning. I worked as an on-call physician at First Response Healthcare where I managed a wide range of emergencies, acute illnesses, and chronic conditions in homecare and urgent care settings. My role extended beyond clinical duties, as I led key JCI accreditation committees, conducted internal audits, and represented the medical team in public facing presentations. I developed individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s medical and social needs, ensuring continuity and high standards of care. Alongside this, I played an active role in operational and clinical management, contributing to service improvement, workflow optimization, and quality of care initiatives.
During my internship at Dubai Health Authority I completed on calls in the emergency department, where I assessed and stabilized patients while managing a high-pressure clinical workload. I maintained detailed logbooks, admitted patients through the electronic medical record system, and prepared discharge summaries to support continuity of care. I attended daily morning meetings focused on critical cases and participated actively in clinical discussions. My training included assisting in procedures and surgeries across multiple departments including Emergency, Psychiatry, General Surgery, and Pediatrics, giving me broad exposure to multidisciplinary patient care and hospital workflows.

I received the Employee of the Year award for my contribution to the company’s growth and for taking on advanced responsibilities during a leadership gap. After the Chief Medical Officer stepped down for personal reasons, I temporarily assumed many of his duties, overseeing a large multinational team of physicians across the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. I audited medical reports, ensured timely completion of documentation and discharge summaries, and reviewed treatment plans for accuracy, safety, and completeness. I maintained strict clinical standards, supported doctors in improving their workflows, and safeguarded patient care quality while managing high volume operations.
I received the Foundation of the Year award in recognition of my role in the company’s early growth. I joined when the organization had fewer than ten employees and operated from a small office, and I remained committed as it expanded into multiple GCC locations with a large team of doctors, nurses, and operations staff. The award acknowledged my resilience during the formative years and my consistent belief in the company’s mission and long-term vision.
