including UAE PDPL, GDPR, and UK GDPR implementation.
• Oversee corporate governance documentation, shareholder matters, board resolutions, and cross-border structuring initiatives.

vendors and enterprise partners.

• Drafted the complete legal framework (Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy) for Saudi Airlines’ Al Fursan Loyalty Program, supporting a large-scale regional loyalty ecosystem.
