Developed custom Apex classes, triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance Sales
and Service Cloud functionality. Customer service operations, appointment bookings, and service
history tracking. The project focused on improving customer engagement, automating service
workflows, and integrating external booking and payment systems.
