Studies during my Graduation. I focused on the Synthesis of different dosage form of different salts and its physical, chemical and biological evaluation by using FTIR and NMR spectroscopy and their biological activities.
Mice handling (Glucose tolerance test, Insulin tolerance test). Study the central nervous system depressant property of chlorpromazine on the locomotor activity of mice using astrophotometer. Study the anti-convulsant activity of phenytoin against maximal electro shock induced convulsion rats.
