portfolios, ensuring consistent service delivery, asset performance, and operational
standards.
• Oversee regional teams and technical leaders responsible for day-to-day
maintenance operations.
Preventive Maintenance & Asset Management
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend asset life,
reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency.
• Establish long-term asset management strategies aligned with capital planning and
operational goals.
Capital Projects & Portfolio Improvements
• Lead capital project planning and execution across multiple sites, including system
upgrades, renovations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination to ensure successful project
delivery.
Operational Performance & KPIs
• Design and track KPIs related to work order completion, response time, asset
uptime, and service quality.
• Standardize maintenance workflows and implement process improvements to
increase efficiency and consistency across sites.
Vendor & Contractor Management
• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and
general maintenance services.
• Ensure vendors meet service, safety, and quality standards across all properties.
Team Leadership & Development
• Hire, train, and mentor regional leaders and maintenance teams, building a culture
of accountability, safety, and performance.
• Develop training programs and operational standards to ensure consistency across
teams.
Safety, Compliance & Emergency Response
• Enforce compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
across all sites.
• Lead emergency response efforts and provide operational support during critical
incidents.
Operational Readiness & Turn Support
• Coordinate maintenance readiness for high-volume operational cycles, ensuring
properties are prepared for occupancy and inspections.
• Support transition of new sites, including vendor coordination and operational
integration.
