Ø Updating Leave Record Attendance Registers (CL/EL/HPL/LOP) of Senior Wing, Primary Wing, Pre-Primary Wing Support Staff and Admin. Staff and Preparing CL (Casual Leave) encashment every year. Daily checking Attendance Register of out Source Staff and marking absent.
Ø School Transport –Bus Route preparation & Duty assigning for Bus drivers, conductors both male and female for 23 Buses for Sr. Wing, Primary Wing and Pre-Primary Wing & + Bus maintenance, fuel & Bus cleanliness.
Ø Purchasing of particulars / quotation making / making comparative analysis /order giving and cross checking of all the bills of the school & forwarding to Principal Sir.
Class-room maintenance, sanitation, civil work. Fabrication work, Garden work & Furniture work inspection on daily basis
