Training material creation for customised liquid and solid tumor projects leveraging evidence based contents
from company approved journals, Led end-to-end training for new hires in clinical oncology data curation
ensuring adherence to established guidelines and company protocols. Cross trained and actively contributed to
Clinical curation specialist (CCS), Quality control (QC) and Screening roles. Conducted onboarding sessions,
training assessments, quality control and performance feedbacks. Participated in pilot studies and worked
closely with data scientist contributing to the continuous improvement of training materials to align with evolving
data standards and project requirements.

Worked as an expert genome curator interpreting complex NGS panels, cytogenetics, and immunophenotyping
reports to deliver clinically actionable insights. Specialized in translating complex genomic data into meaningful
support for clinical research and healthcare decision-making. I’ve worked extensively with Natural Language
Processing (NLP) tools to extract clinical insights from oncology data. Monitored adverse drug reactions and
concomitant medications during cancer treatments supporting clinical research. I have hands-on experience
working with the U.S. healthcare system, especially in reviewing Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and
abstracting key medical data.
