- Reviews and coordinates patient notes and ensures completeness of document before submission to respective disciplines.
- Reviews frequencies and plotting of respective discipline in the episoded manager and notifies the Case Manager for discrepancies, abnormalities and other problems.
- Validates all orders and respective communication in the patient’s chart before completion.
- Determines accuracy of Clinicians, disciplines and Physician’s Signature.
