Plumber DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
❖ Install Repairs and Maintain, pumps, heaters, sinks, Wc, Pipes, valves,
sanitary fixtures, Drainage, calorifiers, Traps, Rain water outlets, Water Tanks.
❖ Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing plumbing issues, repairs,
adjustments, testing, and troubleshooting ensuring all systems are functioning
properly.
❖ Perform preventive maintenance & Corrective Maintenance on plumbing
equipment and systems. according to site-specific requirements
❖ Respond promptly to emergency plumbing complaints (leakages, blockages,
low pressure, hot/cold water issues, provide timely assistance to clients.
❖ All types of Pipes, Cold & Hot Water Supply Lines Install, And Repairs and Maintain.
❖ Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that
all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
❖ Attend work and safety meetings about the TBT Training.
❖ Able to work on the CAFM system and Completely Assigned PPM.
❖ Keeping detailed records of work Performed, (CM) Corrective Maintenance
(PPM) materials used, logs sheets, and Other Maintenance activities.
WATER TREATMENT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
❖ Daily monitor And Maintain filtration systems multimedia filters, carbon filters,
cartridge filters, duplex Softeners, Uv lamps, Coppersilver Lionization System and
Eye wash, water pumps.
❖ Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on water
Treatment and equipment and Systems.
❖ Operate and Maintain water Treatment equipment dosing systems, adding
Chemicals in chiller Lines and Water Tanks.
❖ Daily Testing Analysis Water Quality PH, TDS, Hardness, Conductivity,
❖ Monthly Environmental Collecting Water, Air, Lux, Noise samples with third-party.
❖ Identifying and resolving issues with water treatment equipment and processes.
❖ Able to work on the CAFM system and Complete Assigned PPM.
❖ Following safety procedures and using proper personal protective equipment to
prevent accidents and injuries.
❖ Documenting allrelevant information, including water quality test results,
equipment maintenance logs, and chemical usage records, and Other
Maintenance activities.
