Security Analyst
Job Description
EY is hiring Security Analysts to strengthen its cybersecurity and risk management framework. The role involves monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security threats while ensuring compliance with global standards. Security Analysts will support threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and incident management processes. Candidates will work with cross-functional teams to safeguard client data, mitigate risks, and implement robust security controls to protect EY’s information assets and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems continuously to detect suspicious activity patterns.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend effective remediation security measures.
- Analyze incidents, investigate breaches, and prepare detailed security reports.
- Implement security controls ensuring compliance with organizational security policies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen system and network defenses.
- Support audits and risk assessments for cybersecurity governance standards.
- Provide guidance on secure configurations, tools, and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging threats, trends, and security technologies.
Skill & Experience
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, protocols, and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in SIEM tools, IDS, IPS, and firewalls.
- Analytical skills to investigate incidents and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Excellent communication for reporting findings and advising technical teams.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Certifications like CEH, CISSP, or Security+ are highly preferred.
