Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor-MEP Supervisor manages HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting maintenance, safety compliance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, technician supervision, facility operations, repairs, and inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily MEP maintenance operations.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Schedule preventive maintenance activities.
• Handle emergency breakdown repairs.
• Inspect facilities and equipment regularly.
• Ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Coordinate technicians and contractors.
• Maintain reports and maintenance records.
