Job Description

Support and IAM professionals manage user access, identity governance, authentication systems, technical support, security compliance, and enterprise access management operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user access provisioning activities
  • Resolve IAM and support incidents
  • Monitor authentication and authorization systems
  • Perform password and account management
  • Ensure compliance with security policies
  • Troubleshoot identity access issues
  • Support Active Directory administration tasks
  • Maintain IAM documentation and reports

Required Skills

  • ServiceNow ticket handling expertise
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • MFA and SSO implementation knowledge
