Job Description

People Partner supports employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, workplace culture, talent development, and business-aligned people strategies for organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
  • Partner with managers on people-related business decisions.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
  • Manage performance review cycles and improvement plans.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility processes.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor regulations.
  • Analyze people metrics and prepare HR reports.
  • Guide employees on benefits, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential employee information responsibly.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and workplace mediation.
  • Experience with HRIS, reporting, and people analytics.
  • Strategic thinking with strong business partnership ability.
