We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences, improve user journeys, design responsive interfaces, conduct research, and collaborate with teams to deliver engaging, accessible products efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Research user needs through interviews, surveys, usability testing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and interaction flows.
• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders effectively.
• Improve usability using analytics, feedback, and design audits.
• Maintain design systems, components, patterns, and documentation standards.
• Ensure accessibility, consistency, and brand alignment across products.
• Present design concepts and justify decisions with evidence.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and processes.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility, responsive design, and usability standards.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend workflows.
• Good communication, visual design, and problem-solving abilities skills.
