Job Description
IT Project Co-Ordinator supports project planning, scheduling, communication, documentation, reporting, and team coordination to ensure software, infrastructure, and technology projects are delivered on time successfully.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Communicate updates between clients, managers, and technical teams.
- Maintain project documentation, risks, issues, and action items.
- Support resource allocation, task assignment, and follow-ups.
- Assist in budgeting, invoicing, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor deadlines and escalate delays to project managers.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, and documentation tools.
- Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project reporting.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
