An expert in facilities, I have over 20 years of relevant professional experience in related fields including commercial construction, maintenance and engineering, facilities management, and inspection services.  I have managed in-house reports numbering greater than 70 people, both remotely and on-site.  I have managed annual budgets up t o $9million USD and capital outlays of over $55million (ten year outlay).  I have commissioned facilities departments from scratch, and also have refined existing facilities management systems.  I pride myself on my ability to convert my professional approaches into a ROI for my employer.  I have managed facilities operations from 60,000 square feet to over 1.4 million square feet.  I hold a wealth of technical knowledge and incorporate it with strategic thinking.

I hold the Facilities Management Professional certification from the International Facility Management Association, and held their globally-recognized Certified Facility Management certification for several years (needs renewal).  These are competency-based certifications which prove proficiency in eleven core competencies related to facilities management.

I am currently seeking a remote-based facilities management or similar role.
