Working in IT Department in which we deal with employee’s PC issues that are related with hardware and
software, Managing Dell Servers, Domain Controller and it's Services, Unifi Access Points, O365 Services
including Intune, SQL Server and company's Palo Alto firewall and network routers and Switches, Managing
AWS and Azure Services. Monitoring Through PRTG and Prometheus, Managing Windows, Defender EDR for
Security, Azure DevOps Service for CI/CD Pipelines and Project Management.
Worked in IT Infrastructure and Network Department in which we deal with employee’s PC issues that are related
with hardware and software, Managing Active Directory and Group Policies on Domain Controller, Monitoring
and Troubleshooting of company’s network, providing access and assistance to employees for remote access to
company’s network, also dealing with monitoring of Servers and Apps running on AWS (Amazon Cloud Service
and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) Through PRTG and ensuring 100% Network availability.
Worked as an in-office Assistant Manager in Sales Department in which we deal with the Monitoring,
Accounting and Distribution of Pharmaceutical Products as well as handling the feedback from Clients to ensure
highest Quality of Service.
Worked in Operations Department of Line & Wire in which we deal with ONUs, MSAGs, MSANs, MDF, also
use the software of NBC & CRM and managing the PSTN and DSL Complains.
