aspect of Genesys Voice/Genesys Engage components and provide
support to establish better environment for Customer Support.
Creating, development of IVR, Routing and GVP/GAX and also
monitoring tools like CCPulse, Pulse, or Grafana. Generating, modifing,
and tesing on interactive reports with HYPERION tool.
Services to manage and deploy some major aspect of Genesys Voice,
IVR development/deployment, IRD, GVP/GAX components and build
new infra for Contact Centre.
Genesys engage platform would provide an absolute setup for
Customer support (Voice, Email and Chat) with its applications
Configuration Manager, Solution Control, Interactive Routing
Designer(IRD), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Toll Free Number
(TFN) extending controls and monitoring with Genesys Pulse and
CxInsight Tool for reporting.
Setup network for Examination conduct, Server Installation, Exam
