Key Responsibilities
- Manage partner relationships ensuring long term business success
- Onboard new partners and provide training resources
- Monitor partner performance metrics and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams
- Resolve partner issues and escalate complex cases
- Track partner engagement and customer satisfaction levels
- Develop partner enablement materials and documentation
- Identify upselling cross selling opportunities with partners.
Skill & Experience
- Strong relationship management and communication abilities required
- Experience managing partners within SaaS environments preferred
- Analytical skills to evaluate partner performance metrics
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams effectively
- Problem solving mindset with customer success focus
- Proficiency using CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
