Job Description
Senior Support Engineer provides advanced technical support, resolves complex issues, monitors systems, improves service reliability, collaborates with development teams, and ensures high availability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across production environments
- Monitor system performance and ensure service availability
- Collaborate with development teams for issue resolution
- Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
- Manage incident response and escalation procedures
- Maintain documentation for support processes and solutions
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting tools

Skill & Experience
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem solving skills
- Experience with Linux, Windows, and cloud environments
- Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and logging systems
- Scripting skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
