Job Description
Senior QA Engineer ensures software quality through test planning, automation, performance validation, and defect management, collaborating with development teams to deliver reliable, scalable, secure, high-performance applications for enterprise environments globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive test strategies for complex systems effectively
- Develop automated tests using modern frameworks and tools
- Collaborate closely with developers to resolve defects quickly
- Execute regression, performance, security, and integration testing efficiently
- Review requirements and create detailed test cases accurately
- Track bugs and manage defect lifecycle through tools
- Mentor junior testers and enforce quality standards consistently
- Report quality metrics to stakeholders regularly for visibility.
Skill & Experience
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices
- Experience with automation tools Selenium, Cypress, Playwright frameworks
- Understanding CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration best practices
- Proficiency in programming languages Java, Python, JavaScript preferred
- Experience with performance and security testing tools expertise
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
