Job Description
Product/UX Designer bridges user needs and business goals by creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences. They lead research, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design — ensuring every product interaction is seamless, purposeful, and visually compelling across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface mockups.
- Translate product requirements into intuitive and engaging user flows.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency across all platforms.
- Align design decisions with overall product strategy and business goals.
Skill & Experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Strong command of UX principles, user flows, and wireframing.
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for effective developer collaboration.
- Excellent visual communication, storytelling, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
