 Working as a part of a team to deliver continuous maintenance of Windows 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2025 servers and networks
 Manage tickets via ServiceNow relating to GPOs, security groups, hardening, onboarding and offboarding as well as other requests
 Servers, Switches, Network Equipment health management
 Servers installation as per ticket requests, including configuration, applications, and setup
 Server troubleshooting at infra level
 System wide patching via WSUS, SCCM, and Ivanti
