Job Description
Intern – Guest Relations supports hospitality operations by assisting guests, handling inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, coordinating services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences within hotels, resorts, and luxury establishments in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally daily
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests
- Coordinate guest services with internal departments
- Handle reservations, bookings, and confirmations accurately
- Resolve guest complaints politely and efficiently
- Maintain front desk presentation standards consistently
- Support events and VIP guest arrangements
- Document guest feedback and service improvements.
