Job Description
Admission Consultant (Project First AID), physically visits panchayats to identify, search, and guide eligible applicants for healthcare training and employment under the First Aid Project, connecting them with Private Sponsor Companies for skill development and career growth in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Physically visit panchayats to survey eligible healthcare applicants.
- Identify and shortlist candidates for First Aid Project training.
- Guide applicants to register with Private Sponsor Companies.
- Promote healthcare employment schemes across rural panchayat areas.
- Maintain accurate records of surveyed applicants and outcomes.
- Coordinate with healthcare sponsors to align training requirements.
- Follow up with applicants throughout recruitment and training process.
- Submit field reports regularly to project supervisors and management.
Skill & Experience
- Strong field survey and community outreach communication skills.
- Ability to guide applicants through healthcare training processes.
- Proficiency in local language and rural panchayat coordination.
- Knowledge of healthcare employment schemes and sponsor programs.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report preparation.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and fieldwork discipline.
