Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure FINIQ core banking modules
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with banking teams for requirement analysis
- Ensure regulatory compliance within banking technology operations
- Support data migration and system integration processes
- Provide technical documentation and user training support
- Troubleshoot application errors and optimize system efficiency
- Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades.
Skill & Experience
- Strong understanding of core banking systems
- Knowledge of FINIQ platform implementation processes
- Experience with banking regulations and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Effective communication with technical and business teams
