Job Description

Application Support Analyst (.NET) ensures smooth operation of business applications built on Microsoft .NET technologies. The role focuses on monitoring systems, resolving application issues, supporting users, improving performance, and collaborating with development teams to maintain reliability, security, and high availability of enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor .NET applications for performance and availability
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Handle incident, problem, and change management tasks
  • Support end users with application related queries
  • Coordinate with developers for bug fixes
  • Maintain application documentation and support procedures
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
  • Ensure application security, compliance, and data integrity.

Skill & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of .NET framework and C#
  • Experience with SQL Server and database troubleshooting
  • Understanding of Windows servers and IIS
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and support tools
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
