I am Khadija Rafaqat, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to serve my skills as a teacher. I am specialized in education and have professional qualification for teaching. I also have Masters of Science degree along with practical experience in the field of special education.
I have five years and six months experience of teaching. My experience in the teaching field coupled with my commitment to work, I believe that I would be significantly beneficial for your school. During my tenure of 5 years, I have handled different grade students, worked with the admin team and collaboration with teachers to build a great team for the growth and development.
I am asked to do such duties; evaluation of students performance by conducting tests, identifying unique traits and skill sets of students, group activities and field explorations, and conducting parent teacher meetings. I can also serve my skills in social media marketing and utilize my expertise to keep the image high of your school.
I am adaptive at understanding the needs and skills of students and guide them to focus on their main skill to nurture it for future goals. Furthermore, I am patient and give special attention to under-performing students to help them overcome their academic difficulties.
