Job Description
We seek a talented Photographer/Videographer to capture school events — annual days, sports meets, graduations, and performances. The ideal candidate produces high-quality images and videos, edits content, and delivers polished visual assets. They will work closely with school administrators to document memorable moments and storytelling for promotional use.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture candid and staged photos during school events seamlessly.
- Film event highlights, speeches, performances, and student activities.
- Edit photos and videos into compelling, cohesive visual stories.
- Manage file organization, storage, and backup for all media.
- Coordinate with school staff for shot lists and schedules.
- Set up lighting and audio equipment for optimal quality.
- Deliver final content on time in required formats.
- Promote positive school image through creative visual storytelling.
Skill & Experience
- Proficient in DSLR/mirrorless camera operation and settings.
- Skilled in video editing using professional software (e.g., Premiere).
- Strong sense of composition, framing, and visual storytelling.
- Good interpersonal communication and coordination with school teams.
- Time-management and multitasking skills for fast-paced events.
- Knowledge of lighting techniques for both indoor and outdoor.
