Job Description
A Grade 3 Homeroom Facilitator supports third-grade students’ academic, social, and emotional development. They design and deliver engaging lessons, monitor progress, communicate with parents, and collaborate with school leadership. They foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and positive behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver daily third-grade lessons effectively.
- Monitor student performance and track academic growth.
- Manage classroom behaviour with supportive guidance strategies.
- Build strong relationships with students and their families.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers for curriculum alignment.
- Organise and participate in grade-level meetings and events.
- Support students’ social and emotional development actively.
