Job Description
Hindi Teacher (PGT) with TET/B.Ed qualification is responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to senior secondary students. The role involves lesson planning, classroom management, and fostering a deep understanding of Hindi grammar, prose, and poetry, while enhancing students’ linguistic, cultural, and communication skills in an engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare engaging Hindi lessons aligned with academic syllabus.
- Evaluate student performance through tests and assignments.
- Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning environment.
- Develop creative teaching aids for better understanding.
- Conduct oral and written communication improvement sessions.
- Collaborate with staff for academic and cultural activities.
- Guide students in examinations and project submissions.
- Participate in workshops to improve teaching methodologies.
Skill & Experience
- Strong command over Hindi grammar and literature.
