Job Description
A Business Studies (TGT/PGT) Teacher educates students in business concepts, management strategies, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship. They prepare lesson plans, deliver lectures, assess student performance, and foster critical thinking. They also guide students in applying theoretical ideas to real-world business scenarios, preparing them for higher education or careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging business studies lesson plans.
- Assess and evaluate students’ academic performance regularly.
- Provide feedback and support on student business projects.
- Encourage real-world application of business theory in class.
- Mentor students in entrepreneurship and management skill-building.
- Stay updated with current business trends and market developments.
- Coordinate with school leadership for curriculum design and improvements.
- Organize workshops, guest lectures, and business-related extracurricular activities.
