Job Description
Infosys Sweden seeks a Business AI Architect to bridge business strategy and AI solutions. You will design scalable AI-driven systems that support enterprise goals, liaise with stakeholders, oversee model deployment, and ensure alignment with regulatory, security, and ethical standards. Through collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, you will define roadmaps, recommend tools, and provide technical leadership to implement AI solutions that deliver measurable value and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into AI architecture that ensures measurable outcomes.
- Lead design and implementation of scalable models, pipelines, infrastructure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, engineers, data scientists daily.
- Maintain AI governance standards for security, ethics, compliance.
- Evaluate, select tools, platforms, frameworks suitable for AI initiatives.
- Monitor model performance and ensure continuous improvement post-deployment.
- Support proof-of-concept efforts, integrating emerging AI research and innovation.
- Mentor technical teams in best practices for AI solution architecture.
Skill & Experience
- Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, neural networks.
- Strong business acumen, analytics mindset, able quantify ROI from AI.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, able explain complex technical details simply.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy regulations, security practices.
- Proficiency in programming (Python, R), libraries, version control, deployment.
