Lead Consultant – Network/Wireless
Job Description
As a Lead Consultant in Network/Wireless at Infosys, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex network infrastructures. Your responsibilities include managing SD-WAN, data center networks, and wireless solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to ITIL processes, and drive service improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality network solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of advanced network solutions.
- Manage SD-WAN, ACI, EVPN VXLAN, and wireless technologies.
- Oversee network performance monitoring and optimization efforts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Drive service improvement initiatives and capacity planning.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage escalations effectively.
Skill & Experience
- Expertise in SD-WAN, ACI, EVPN VXLAN, wireless technologies.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools like Spectrum, SolarWinds.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Change, Problem.
- Experience in leading network transition and optimization projects.
- Fluency in English; German language skills preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
